At Pieces Home, we want you to be completely enamored with your new space; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned pieces, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
